Note: the next two paragraphs (aka chunks of text) are mostly me babbling about my week at school. If you would rather read about more entertaining things relating to my life at the moment skip down to paragraphs 3+
I would just like to point out that this is my 2nd blog this month. I think I'm going for a record or something crazy like that. This week was pretty crazy, at least from Wednesday on. It just so happens that Wednesday morning was the day that this man blanked out on the rules of right a way on the road and turned left right (right as in timing not direction, I don't know anyone who has managed to make a left right except for some European drivers) infront of my mom and I as we were heading toward school. This resulted in a very loud noise that I don't remember, air bags and the smashing of cars. In other words: car accident. Fortunately, everyone is ok except for some minor bruises and general soreness. Unfortunately, our car doesn't look so good. Now, being the insane nonsensical person that I am sometimes (at least when my insane nonsensical personality is in control of the bridge. yup, i've got a bald captain picard inside of my head, worf and data too) after most of the mayhem had dissipated I managed to get a ride to school from a very nice lady (who said and I quote "I'm a very good driver. I'm very responsible. I have 5 kids. "<- any one besides me see something contradictory in those sentence. I only point out for fun; no hard feelings. My humor gets carried away sometimes.) So I got to school 15 minutes late and I had one hell of an excuse but my awesome AP Euro teacher didn't ask why I was late and seemed completely fine with it.
So that was Wednesday. Aparently the soreness from a car accident doesn't hit (ahahaha, hit get it? oo that's bad) you until the next day. But besides the occasional "ow" Thursday was pretty good, except we had a heart disection. Yum, I love those week old phermaldihyde drunken lamb hearts. Something that should be pointed out is that a week before, someone randomly called up my Bio teacher (who is just as equally awesome as my Euro teacher) to tell him he had a freshly dead snake and was wondering if we wanted to dissect it. Of course, we push all plans a day later so we can spend the period disecting this snake. At first I thought this was pretty cool, after all I like snakes. But once we started cutting and gutting the snake (in a respectable manner of course, but I still couldn't help thinking that the snake was looking at me going "Help me!") I wasn't feeling so good. So, I excused myself to go get some water and by the time dizzy me got outside I couldn't see and my hearing was very very fuzzy. Given my situation I sat down on the concrete sidewalk. A teacher passed by and said "hi" so I said "hi" back. I guess she didn't find a student randomly siting on the sidewalk with a queazy appearance out of the ordinary. Eventually I made it to the water fountain with partial salt and pepper vision and felt a lot better. As it turns out with the heart disection I'm okay with disections as long as I am the one disecting the thing. It also helps if you don't think of it as a part of cute defenseless fluffy animal and instead treat it like a steak<- eww I'm sooo going vegetarian for the rest of the week.
Right now I'm in Mammoth (for those of you who are not aware that Mammoth is a skiing area in southern California, continue with the belief that I am currently residing in a prehistoric animal). How is it, you may ask? And I will answer, cold...very very cold (cold being relative to the 50-70 degrees F at home because it's 19 here )...and snowy...lots and lots of snow....and lots and lots of appetizers... My dad and I got here for the company ski trip yesterday around 3pm after 6 1/2 hours of driving (aka the reason I was not at school on Friday). Actually, we were suppose to leave Thursday night but we were too tired and hadn't packed. So, I went to Academic Team meet that I was going to miss. All our teams won (w00t) and the senior varsity team displayed a very interesting array of attire ranging from electric green sweatbands to war paint to a czech military uniform....ya.....that's our seniors.....interesting bunch. Also Chuck Norris was mentioned in our incorrect bonus question answers (when you don't know an answer for a bonus question since it can't count against you, you might as well say something...comical.). As for driving up to Mammoth (for those of you thinking that am in a mammoth at the moment this should paint a very odd picture) there were plenty of ELK signs. These signs are there to inform you that any animal you see past this sign in an Elk no matter what other logic tells you. YOU MUST OBEY THE YELLOW SIGNS!!!! *cough* so, we saw some elk...that surprisingly looked like cows...but they weren't cows...they couldn't be...because the sign says they're elk. Then another sign said there were fish. And we saw fish.....fish that surprisingly looked like a lot of cows...but do not kid yourself...it was a school of fish. This might've been one of those "you had to have been there" jokes.
Note: I apolgize for the previous note. I should've told you just to skip all the paragraphs of this blog because none of them are going to get any better.
Every now and then when my bio teach turns on the tv and it briefly automatically tunes to CNN there is sometimes this dude, this very attractive maybe india dude talking about baghdad. Being the curious about this "dude" I became secretly obsesed with who this dude was. And being that I just so happen to be on the internet up here in Mammoth (yes you can get wifi throught an animal) I googled and I googled until I found him!!!! Mauahahahahaha...ha....*creepiness*

That would be where his reporter biography is located on cnn's website. tehe
I think that's got at least some of my rant's covered. Unless you want me to start talking about all this homework I have *audience of 2 readers scream "no!" with panic stricken faces*...but I think I'm just going to finish up this Ben and Jerry's Dublin Mudslide ice cream (ice cream when its snowing when I'm slightly lactose-intolerant...it just makes sooo much sense)
