Starting off the week.

Well, hello there! I'm in my seventh week of being a frosh at MIT, and so far, so good. For fellow MIT peeps: I'm taking 8.01, 18.02, 3.091, and 21M.011. For non-MIT peeps (and for those who may not have been acquainted to 21M0.11): I'm taking Mechanics, Multi-variable Calculus, Intro. to Solid State Chemistry, and Intro. to Western Music. My upright bass is here with me in my dorm (sitting pretty on a stand in one of the corners of the room - you know you have it made if you have more than one corner in your room) and the shirts are in a storage unit down the street. Can't say that I've been doing much more than just good 'ole schoolin', but I have been into Boston a few times for free symphony concerts and such (free, good music = greatness) and MIT's ice rink just opened (my ice skates are overjoyed at this fact), which should guarantee that I will pull myself away from my desk every now and then.

Now, I would love to post some pictures of all this new goodness, but my camera is being shipped. So, pictures will have to come later, unless people get really desperate and need some non-textual information in their lives, and in that case, I could probably muster up the strength to draw some really intense stick figure-ish drawings of Simmons Hall and the Dome.

Definitely time to print some propoganda that will find it's way into MIT's halls later this week ;)
