Members of the House of Reps making Star Trek analogies. Wow. We'll its nice to know I'm not the only one....but on the floor of the House? That's a little too nerdy....and as Leonard Nemoy pointed out, the metaphor is extremely inaccurate. Personally I would've compared them to Ferengi (if anything and even that doesn't work), not Klingons. And for goodness sake, Wu was acting like the Klingons and the Federation were still at war! Obviously this man has a very bias opinion when it comes to Star Trek; he must've only watched the Original Series or else he would not've been so judgemental toward these fictional races. Honestly! Nonetheless, it TOTALLY made my day...that and the ice on the ramps at school today....weeeee.........And for anyone who got my title: reward yourself with a trip to Risa. :)
